Jane Hale Roberts and Walter Roberts are affiliated with Pilkerton Realtors in Brentwood, Tennessee. The Brentwood office is the newest and fastest growing office in the Pilkerton system. Jane and Walter have been partners for over twelve years and have independently and together been in the top 50 producers in the Middle Tennessee Association market. Both hold the professional designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute, GRI. Jane also is an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR, and a Member of the Council of Residential Specialists. She is currently working on her Certified Residential Specialist designation. Walter is a licensed BROKER, Certified New Homes Specialist, CSP, and a Member of the Certified Residential Specialist, CRS.Jane Hale Roberts attended Middle Tennesse State University where she earned a B.A. degree in General Business. She has lived in Brentwood since 1984, and has been in Real Estate for for the past twenty two years. Formerly with Folk-Jordan Better Homes and Gardens, Jane moved to Crye-Leike Realtors, when Folk-Jordan was purchased by Crye-Leike. Jane has been a multi-million dollar producer consistently each year since her career began. Jane decided to move her license to Pilketon Realtors from Crye-Leike, when the office opened in May of 2002. The decision was based on her belief in a return to a more service-oriented environment so she could provide the type of personal service her clients have always enjoyed. She achieved the coveted Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR designation in 2002 and her Graduate, Realtor Institute, GRI, designation in 2005. Jane is a member in good standing of the Council of Residentail Specialists, the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors,and The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Her son, William Hale, III, age 22, is a graduate of Brentwood High School and is attending Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he is studying engineering. Jane is an expert in the high-end market in Williamson and south Davidson Counties. She specializes in home staging and premium marketing and takes great pride in representing every client with her personalized service ad attention.
Walter Roberts moved to Nashville on January 1st, 1975, and has lived in Green Hills and Brentwood area since.He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin in 1972 with a B.S. in Education. He has three children, ages 34, 28 and 26, all of which were educated in the Williamson County Public School system in Brentwood. The two oldest are girls, Virginia and Anna , and a son, Walter Jr.. Virginia is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, and Anna, from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Walter Jr. attended Middle Tennesse University in the fall of 2002 as a freshman and has since decided to pursue a career as an electrician and has found his niche in this profession. Virginia is an English teacher at a high school in southwest Colorado and is working on her Master´s in English Literature. After graduation, Anna served with the Peace Corps in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe for two years, spent six months in Uganda with the International Relief Committee, working with "at risk" children and orphans. She recently received a Master´s Degree at the University of Sydney in Australia in International Public Health and is currently in Law school at the University of Sydney.
Walter, Sr. has been very active in the school system in Brentwood through athletics and the PTO. He can speak from experience of the excellence, from elementary through high school, of the Williamson County school system. He has also been very active in youth sports in Brentwood, having coached both baseball and basketball for several years, even being Commissioner of the Brentwood Civitan Baseball league for 4 years.

On March 2, 2002, Jane and Walter were married. They now feel they can focus on their church, family, and clients with even more personal attention.
