
SPRING HILL
Situated just 30 minutes South of Nashville, Spring Hill has become a booming residential area in the last 5 years. Home to the Saturn Plant, this small town has attracted business and industry like that of a big city. With a population of just over 26,000 the city has maintained its rich historical significance while still growing with the times. Spring Hills still hosts hometown events like it historic Country Ham Festival held in October of each year. Last year the pig who played "Wilbur" in the film adaptation Charlotte´s Web chose the festival for one of his coveted appearances! The city also is home to the Spring Hill Civil War Battlefield and several fully restored plantations. Spreading over both Williamson County and a portion of Maury County-both school districts offer wonderful opportunities for public education.
THOMPSON´S STATION
Thompson´s Station, Tennessee is located about 25 miles south of Nashville. It is situated adjacent to Spring Hill and just south of Franklin Tennessee is Williamson County.
Home to approximately people 2000 people-this number is expected to grow tremendously in the next annual count. This small town has recently experienced a huge housing boom due to its proximity to highways and its position in the highly sought after Williamson County Public School system. With beautiful tree lined streets and natural parks, this small town was once one of Nashville´s best kept secrets. Thompson´s station boasts a huge children´s park and Pavilion and is home to Heritage Park. This state of the art youth sports facility hosts baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and wrestling programs. With its rich scenery and beautiful walking trails, Thompson´s Station is a secret no more.
